What’s the difference between Home Health Aide vs. Personal Care Aide services?
An HHA is a certified aide who provides care and support for elderly and/or disabled patients who need help completing certain daily functions. HHAs can perform duties such as checking pulse and blood pressure, as well as helping patients with certain basic routine activities such as bathing, dressing, brushing teeth, moving about and grooming.
A PCA is a certified aide who helps elderly and/or disabled patients with daily living functions, such as grooming, bathing and dressing, cleaning, meal preparation, shopping, appointment scheduling, running errands, and more.
You need help maintaining your quality of life. Maybe you find it hard to dress, shower, or perform basic grooming tasks on your own.
Home health aides are certified professionals who provide loving care to elderly and/or disabled patients. These amazing caregivers assist the patient with daily activities all within the comfort of the patient’s home.
